Pair Your Chips With Summer Lavender Lemonade

Pair Your Chips With Summer Lavender Lemonade

This my friends, is THE Nectar of the Godesses. Seriously. Lorna from La Plata Lavender taught me what an extraordinary herb lavender truly is, and the magnificence of its delicate embrace on your heart. Lorna grows the most vibrant, stunning, fragrantly spectacular lavender I have ever been gifted the opportunity to enfold in my dishes. Her peace and joy resonate and ripple in every wand she has ever cultivated for me, and the love she showers upon the lavender inspires me every year to create something electrifying.

Lavender and lemons are my very special friends, and when combined with the succulent sap from agave it is the Illuminating Nectar from the Goddesses.

THE LAVENDER LEMONADE

2 cups fresh squeeezed lemon juice

¾ cup lavender syrup

¼ cup agave

4 cups cold water

16 blackberries muddled

Lemons to garnish

MAKE THE LAVENDER LEMONADE

In a large pitcher, combine the fresh-squeezed lemonade, lavender syrup, agave, and cold water. Stir thoroughly until everything is well mixed.

In a separate bowl, muddle the blackberries until they release their juices.

Add the muddled blackberries (and their juices) into the pitcher and give it another good stir.

If you’d like it chilled, add some ice cubes or refrigerate it for about 30 minutes before serving.

Pour into glasses, and garnish.

And don't forget to purchase your fave chips!
