Hi, I’m Sari Suzanne - the hands, heart, and soul behind The Yellow Carrot Harvest Co.

This isn’t just a snack. It’s a love story. A devotion. A daily ritual.

My relationship with food is sacred. I don’t eat to survive — I eat to thrive. To feel. To awaken joy. To connect with nature and creativity and everything beautiful about being alive.

Every chip I create begins with gratitude — for the vibrant color of a beet, the sun-kissed sweetness of a potato, the gift of nourishment from the earth. In these snacks, you’ll find flavor, yes — but also a piece of my soul.

Because food, for me, is more than fuel. It’s my greatest teacher, my truest companion, and my way of making life delicious — one sacred crunch at a time.

What makes your chips different?

Our chips are hand-crafted with soul. Made from real vegetables like sweet potatoes and beets, they’re kissed with bold flavors and flash fried and dried  to perfection. No shortcuts. Just snacks that slay.

Are your chips vegan and gluten-free?

Yes and yes. The ruby root beet chips 100% plant-based, gluten-free, and made with ingredients you can pronounce. The sweets are gluten free.

What flavors do you offer?

Right now, we’re rocking the beet chip and sweet potato chip flavors each one designed to make your taste buds throw a party. More uncommon snacks on the way… honey garlic carrot chips.. gorgonzola parsnip chips cherry habanero turnip chips… parmesan brussels sprout chips

Where are they made?

Right here in the USA, in small batches with big love. We’re proud to support USA farmers and pack serious care into every bag.

Do your chips contain preservatives or artificial flavors?

Never. Nada. Zero. Our chips are clean, real, and ridiculously delicious - without the junk. Our seasoning is made from the powder we dry and blend with the excess of the product. Nothing goes to waste. Nada.

How long do the chips stay fresh?

Each bag is marked with a “Best By” date, but let’s be real—they usually disappear way before then. Store in a cool, dry place to keep them crispy.

Where can I buy them?

Right here on our website, at select retailers, and soon again on QVC (because the world needs to taste this magic). Stay tuned for more locations!
